The IDA North America branch is the 1st overseas branch of the Ilupeju Ekiti Development Association, the umbrella organization for the sons and daughters of Ilupeju Ekiti at home and abroad.

We have general meetings monthly (by teleconference) on the 1st Sunday of the month.

Executive Council Meetings are held monthly as well.

We meet in person annually to mark 'Ilupeju Day'.

We are formally incorporated in the state of New York, USA.

We have a constitution and are registered with the IRS as a 501(c) 3 charitable trust.

Our Mission

We are committed to making Ilupeju Ekiti the best it can be. This includes, but is not limited to, the provision of basic necessities such as water and electricity. In addition the provision of improved healthcare and technical skills alongside formal education are the cornerstones of our mission.
